Typically, each training program is customized to fit the needs of the client. Training is presented by highly qualified individuals with actual experience in the topics being presented. Training seminars are presented in a lecture format using an overhead projector, short films, hands-on and class participation exercises and/or demonstrations.
HSE provides course reference materials, a course outline, a proficiency exam and a certificate of successful course completion to demonstrate that employees have received and understand the required training. Training can be provided at the client’s facility to minimize expenses.
